This time, lain rase dari mengandungkan Ilman dulu, rase asek cramping2 kat area uterus, n belakang, maybe coz tak jalan byk2 mcm time keje dulu,.

I'm 5 weeks 1 day today, will have a scan at 7 weeks, katenye 8 weeks, tp takper la, on the 7th of March at 810 in the morning,.

Paranoia is top of the roof.. I worry every single second.. it isn't good, but for a person who experienced bad luck before, I would say it's normal..

Tp, kun fayakun, ak harap iman ak teguh utk ape saje kemungkinan yg akan datang..

Hari ni, ak nk buat review twilight.. huhu

I never missed the movie, not that i anticipated them to come out, ak tak pernah baca pun buku2 die ni, tp everytime movie keluar je, tertengok.. buley??

The 1st movie rasenye hubby simply downloaded it kot, pastu tgk kat laptop je.
The 2nd movie, tgk kat wayang kecik tempat I did my GP rotation, Longford rasenye, start part 2 nih, ak dh tak pueh hati dh, pasal Bella bodoh tu g pilih Edward pucat, padahal Jacob sasa dok bersedia raya menunggu dier sepanjang masa..

Bile 3rd movie kuar, ak rase tak payah tgk kat wayang, ngabeh duit den jo, pasal bile kuar mesti sakit hati tengok Jacob sasa ku dipersia2kan.. owh Jacob, dinda di sini ye.. huhu

And so I saw a few review dari blog2 mereka yg hantu Edward.. n of coz ternampak la plot2 cerita ini.. part of which, Bella pregnant.. (kan ak tak baca buku, mane tak tau)

So when dear hubby decided to download this movie before going back to Malaysia itu hari, ak gile2 punye tak mo tgk, sebab nnt jeles ng Bella yg pregnant,. owh, ak mmg perangai gitu, kalo tak dpt sumthing, mmg akan reject anything similar, resembles benda yg ak tak dpt tu..

Akhirnya, setelah big fat P itu hari, terus hubby kate, jom tgk twilight, sekarang dh buley tgok kan?? haha.. yo la bang, tengok laa..

Part2 yg ak tak berkenan dlm movie ini adalah, part Bella nk masuk ng bapak dier before kawen ng Edward tu, harus ke fidgetting mcm tu??? ak dulu pun cuak gak nk kawen, tp tak la sampai nampak di muke, sengeh2 la jugak.. haiyyoo.. tak nampak real..

Bile dier dh pregnant tu, gile baru tau pregnant, tak buat UPT pun lagi, terus rase benda bergerak dlm perut.. agak2 la weyh, but disebabkan konsep anak diorang ni adalah anak campuran antara vampire ng human, jadi takper la, baru 2 minggu balik umah, perut dh besar cam 9 bulan.. aku pun nak humangaih... sekejap je dh buley branak dh, tak yah tunggu lame2, banyak peel nye..

Part dier branak tu pulak, ak tak tau either the one i (my hubby) donloaded ni adalah part potong, or full, jadi tak ley komen, nampak cam okay je,

Lepas tu tibe2, eh dh habis.. jadi ceritanye sangat la pendek je, storyline dier mcm pendek nyeee... buley je nk sambung part 2 tu sekali, tak yah berangan nk pecah2 jadi 2 movies mcm harry potter, itu selayaknye sebab mmg plot HP sangat details n tak la nampak mcm, eh eh, dh habis..

Kesimpulannye, I don't like this movie..

ahahaha Bias betul review saye kan..

Few things need to be done differently in this pregnancy

Folic Acid
Ak beli folic acid in Malaysia ari tu, just to be sure of kehalalan pil tu, the last time, i redah je beli pregnacare from tesco, yg ada both folic acid n other vitamins, with fish oil yg ada omega 3, its the fish oil yg ada capsule tu dibuat dari gelatine, i didn't realized the last time. n this time, i take exclusively folic acid 400mcg, instead of campur2 vitamin lain, coz i'm not working, so i'm eating like a gajah juge la skarang.. n i take them obediently, dulu serious celup2. ape celup, tapi skarang tak mo dh, dulu ye la bz kerja, kadang2 tak teringat,. this pack that i bought ada 90 tablets, so mmg bagus utk 3 bulan terus, i've never even finished one papan pon.. but as the baby is still developing the spine, i hope they'll still benefit

Aspirin
Ini adalah diprescribe oleh doctor, sighh..due to positive ANA found in my blood in the late miscarriage screening ari tu.. ada research yg kate, due to its autoimmune properties, positive ANA can lead to miscarriage, so taking aspirin low dose, 75mg, is one way to prevent that from happening.. being a mother with medical background, giler tak takot nk amek aspirin??? SE banyak giler.. kang over bleeding pulak camane, dh la ari tu balik from malaysia in the plane, ada nosebleed lagi, the same incident with Ilman masa balik from raya itu hari.. so dengan authority yg ada pada tangan den selaku qualified doctor, saye hanya akan makan aspirin ini selang sehari.. kuikuikui..

Fish Oil - Omega 3
This thing is good for baby's brain development.  but my supplies dh habis la pulak time balik mesia itu hari, n tak topup ler pulak.. most probably akan mintak tolong mak belikan when they come here for raya la.. or, i'll find yg vegetarian punye so that the capsule doesn't contain gelatine.. i still don't know whether to take this first after i've finished the folic acid, coz at that time, the brain is still developing kan.. or to wait after i've finished taking iron supplement, coz in my previous pregnancy, i had low haemoglobin, but that affects me, more than my baby. most probably fish oil first la..

Iron
When I was pregnant with Ilman before, my Hb was at the lower end of normal, for normal people, but still, considered low for pregnant mothers, this is what SOME people don't understand.. (still terkesan with a conversation with a friend).. unless my haemoglobin level becomes lower earlier, i guess i won't be taking iron until after i've finished my fish oil lah.. i'm afraid of the side effect juge, constipation if taken at the end of pregnancy, coz time tu la mmg org nk terkena hemorrhoids nye pun, but just like my previous pregnancy, my biggest problem is not constipation, but diarhhoea..

Other Vitamins
I don't know whether to start on other vitamins or not, coz now that i'm at home, cooking, n varying my meals everyday, i'm kind of confident of the nutrition i got from my food.. so mungkin kalo ada gap towards the end of pregnancy di mana sume ubat pun dh habis telan, i'll start on other vitamins.. sebab important juge utk vitamins ni masuk dlm susu badan nnt, i plan to breastfeed exclusively, so susu badanku harusla setanding susu yg dh diproses masuk vitamin2 tu sume.. betul tak?? huhu

haih, penat tulis panjang2, pastu mood tulis omputih plak.. layan jo la ye..

1st
Flight petang kul 4, from Cork to London Heathrow. then flight MAS kul 10mlm LHR-KUL

2nd
touch down pukul 620 pm, dlm keadaan cuaca yg tidak enak, sepanjang flight, tido adalah seperti ayam. Abang Nazril picked us up from KLIA n terus ke homestay mama n papa di blakang Concorde Shah Alam

3rd
bangun lambat, jet lagged ler ape lagi.. Ali patutnye anta ke ktm utk ke pejabat mara.. tapi last2 Fariz yg anta, n dapat la menyelesaikan segala urusan di Mara. dapat gelang biji2 (ala2 kristal) kat Sogo.. rite before Jumaat, mak abah sampai ke Concorde, lepas Jumaat Fariz nikah di Klang.

4th
Kenduri Fariz + Kak Nani di Klang..mendapat tugas membawak bunga pahar.. berat gile.. dh la sebelum tu dok mengelek si Ziyad, tangan dh terketar2.. haha.. tapi nak masuk gambar punye pasal, rela lah, berat2 ponn. mlm pulak, nikah Apiq di Kelana Jaya.. Apiq adalah pangkat anak sedara kepada hubby, tp umur mereka sama.

5th
Kenduri Apiq di Kelana Jaya. Kitorang balik Penang hari ni. home sweet home

6th
hubby and I g tesco utk beli barang2 ayam golek adik.. 1st time g mcm kool.. pastu petang ajak adik lak g, maen basketball dlm arcade, buley?? haha.. malaysia byk import maenan jepun rupenye..

7th
ke tesco lagi, this time with mak yg tak pernah g tesco, utk beli barang2 nk bawak dtg sini.. n also appoinment gigi hubby, gigi dier dh rosak teruks la, sampai doc dh tak buley nk tampal, dier kate sile la buat root canal dgn harga 800RM.. kuiiii.. mahaii nyoo

8th
kitorang g wat kad nikah kat penang.. naek fery.. pastu petang g jusco pulak, all 3 of us makan steamboat

9th
balik ke kelantan dgn Firefly.. buley?? dah naek dh pon.. jadi begitu lah dier, flight yg kecik, weather was good, tak ramai orang, i might consider naek lagi.. haha.. sebab jimat masa

10th
berusaha gigih utk mensetelkan ape2 yg tak setel lagi sebelum kenduri keesokan hari

11th
kenduri menyambut menantu Fariz + Kak Nani.  Best sebab dpt jumpe sume makcik2 hubby, tak yah g meround rumah depa dah.. huhu, tensen ng persoalan2 pasal anak.. adoiii..

12th
Sume orang pun dh nak balik.. huuu.. Rindu i ofkoz lebih sket kat Ziyad.. haha.. sebab Ziyad baek sket.. pastu dier ringan, nk angkat2 senang.. hubby n i g jalan2 maen boling kat billion sambil2 cari barang2 nk bawak balik ireland

13th
flight balik KBR-KUL kul 440pm.  KUL-LHR 1155 mlm.. sempat jumpe tasha..

14th
touch down at LHR kul 5 pagi,kitorang satu flight dgn azizulhasni awang, josiah ng, n fatehah.. teringin makciks nk tangkat gambar uolss.. tapi segan pulak.. so sengeh je laa.. haha..
